Facilities
Astoria's manufacturing facility is located in Bedford Park,
Illinois, 10 minutes from Midway Airport, 20 minutes from downtown Chicago, close to freightline hubs, and major expressways.
Visit our modern 117,000 square foot building with 8 trailer docks.
Astoria currently runs 2 shifts of manufacturing and assembly/packing, with the ability of running 24 hours continuously.
With all of those production facility factors in your corner, we have yet to find any projects too small or too large for us to handle.
Prototype Department

are views of our extensive prototype area, with over 3,000 sq. ft. of space. We can produce a working sample of your parts to prove out your design,
and check for manufacturing alternatives which will save you money. Any sample, large or small, can be made efficiently in our sample facilities;
we have sheet metal, wire and tubing capabilities, with ability to punch, drill, form, and mig or tig weld the samples.
